WHAT TO EXPECT

SENIOR SESSION

A $300 retainer is required to book a senior portrait session. This covers the cost of up to a one hour photo shoot on location for one senior . If more time is required, you will be charged an additional $50 per half hour. Travel is included within a 20 mile radius of Ipswich, Massachusetts. There will be a $5 charge per each additional mile. Wardrobe changes and multiple locations are permitted keeping time constraints in mind. A select number of images will be edited and posted online for review via a password protected client gallery. Typically, you will have 15 to 20 images to choose from for a one hour session. Downloads and prints are not included in the session price.

2-3 SENIORS SESSION (20% discount per senior)

A $240 retainer is required per senior to book a session involving multiple seniors. This covers the cost of up to a two hour photo shoot on location. If additional time is needed, each senior will be charged an additional $30 per half hour. Travel is included within a 20 mile radius of Ipswich, Massachusetts. There will be a $3 charge per senior for each additional mile. Wardrobe changes and multiple locations are permitted keeping time constraints in mind. A select number of images will be edited and posted online for review via a password protected client gallery. Typically, each senior will have 15 to 20 images to choose from for 2-3 seniors two  hour sessions. Each senior will have a separate client gallery to view their images. Downloads and prints are not included in the session price.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR PHOTO SESSIONS

We accept cash or check payments, we do not accept credit card payments. Checks should be made out to Nordberg Images and mailed to: 8 Goldfinch Way, Ipswich, Ma 01938. The initial retainer must be received within two weeks prior to your photo session unless other arrangements are agreed upon. If you cancel less than two weeks prior to the agreed upon photo session date, you will receive a 50% refund of the retainer. Exceptions may apply under certain circumstances.

ADDITIONAL EDITS/RETOUCHING

We take great care when it comes to editing and retouching your images. Minor adjustments are permitted upon request. If you wish to make significant additional changes, there is a $50 per half hour editing/retouching fee.

PRICE/PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR HIGH RESOLUTION FILES

High resolution files are $100 each. At least one high resolution download is required for publication in your yearbook. We offer a 25% discount per download for 5 or more download orders. As soon as Nordberg Images receives payment for chosen high resolution images, a separate client gallery will be set up allowing you to download those images. If you choose to purchase more images later, they will be uploaded to the downloadable gallery after payment is received. This gallery will be password protected. 

PRINTS AND OTHER PRODUCTS

Prints and other products are available for purchase through your client gallery via a lab that produces high quality printing/product options. You will be guided through the process of choosing and purchasing these products directly from your gallery and they will be sent to you directly from the lab. Images are for personal use only for clients, no commercial usage is allowed without written consent from Eric Nordberg. CLOUD 9 and Nordberg Images reserves the right to all images for self-promotion purposes only. In the event that you or CLOUD 9 must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, the retainer will be applied to a future session date. If CLOUD 9 is responsible for the change of date, you have the right to terminate the session and receive a 100% refund of your retainer. CLOUD 9 will not be liable for any other legal ramifications other than retainer refund.
