PROFESSIONALS/OCCUPATIONAL PORTRAIT SESSION INFORMATION
PACKAGES
Basic Package (one person)
A $300 retainer is required to book a basic portrait session. This covers the cost of up to a 1 hour photo shoot on location for one person. If more time is required, you will be charged an additional $50 per half hour. Equipment includes and on-camera flash and reflectors. Travel is included within a 30 mile radius of Ipswich, Massachusetts. There will be a $5 charge per each additional mile. Wardrobe changes and multiple locations are permitted keeping time constraints in mind. A select number of images will be edited and posted online for review via a password protected client gallery. Typically, you will have 10 to 20 images to choose from for a one hour session. Downloads, prints and commercial usage are not included in the session price. One download is required.

A $600 retainer is required to book a basic portrait session. This covers the cost of up to a 2 hour photo shoot on location for 2-3 people. If more time is required, you will be charged an additional $50 per half hour. Equipment includes and on-camera flash and reflectors. Travel is included within a 30 mile radius of Ipswich, Massachusetts. There will be a $5 charge per each additional mile. Advanced Package (one person)

Advanced Package (up to four people)
A $800 retainer is required to book an advanced portrait session. This covers the cost of up to a 3 hour photo shoot on location for up to four people (equipment setup factored into the 3 hours). If more time is required, you will be charged an additional $50 per half hour. Equipment includes advanced lighting, backdrops and accessories. Travel is included within a 30 mile radius of Ipswich, Massachusetts. There will be a $5 charge per each additional mile. Wardrobe changes and multiple locations are permitted keeping time constraints in mind. A select number of images will be edited and posted online for review via a password protected client gallery. Ultimate Package (unlimited number of people)
A $1,200 retainer is required to book an ultimate portrait session. This covers the cost of up to a 6 hour photo shoot on location for an unlimited number of people (equipment setup factored into the 6 hours). If more time is required, you will be charged an additional $50 per half hour. Equipment includes advanced lighting, backdrops and accessories. Travel is included within a 30 mile radius of Ipswich, Massachusetts. There will be a $5 charge per each additional mile. Wardrobe changes and multiple locations are permitted keeping time constraints in mind. A select number of images will be edited and posted online for review via a password protected client gallery. Downloads, prints and commercial usage are not included in the session price. One download per person/group shot is required. Discounts may apply for downloads depending on the number of people/group shots.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR PHOTO SESSIONS
Estimates and invoices will be sent to each client via email. We accept cash or check payments, we do not accept credit card payments. Checks should be made out to Eric Nordberg or Nordberg Images and mailed to: 8 Goldfinch Way, Ipswich, Ma 01938. The initial retainer must be received within two weeks prior to your photo session unless other arrangements are agreed upon. If you cancel less than two weeks prior to the agreed upon photo session date, you will receive a 50% refund of the retainer. Exceptions may apply under certain circumstances.
ADDITIONAL EDITS/RETOUCHING
We take great care when it comes to editing and retouching your images. Minor adjustments are permitted upon request. If you wish to make significant additional changes, there is a $50 per half hour editing/retouching fee.
PRICE/PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR HIGH RESOLUTION FILES (via download)
High resolution files are $100 each. As soon as Nordberg Images receives payment for chosen high resolution images, a separate client gallery will be set up allowing you to download those images. If you wish to pay for a certain number of downloads in advance, you will be able to download the images sooner. This gallery will be password protected. Discounts may apply for large download orders.
DOWNLOADS AND PRINTS FOR COMMERCIAL USE
There is an additional usage fee for commercial use of downloads and prints/signage for advertising and promotional purposes. For more information and questions, please contact Eric Nordberg.

PRINTS AND OTHER PRODUCTS
Prints and other products are available for purchase through your client gallery via a lab that produces high quality printing/product options. You will be guided through the process of choosing and purchasing these products directly from your gallery and they will be sent to you directly from the lab. If you need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact Eric.
DISCLAIMER
No commercial usage is allowed without written consent from Eric Nordberg. CLOUD 9 and Nordberg Images reserves the right to all images for self-promotion purposes only. In the event that you or CLOUD 9 must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, the retainer will be applied to a future session date. If CLOUD 9 is responsible for the change of date, you have the right to terminate the session and receive a 100% refund of your retainer. CLOUD 9 will not be liable for any other legal ramifications other than retainer refund. By accepting our estimate via email, you agree to these terms.
